William P. (“Pete”) Nacy

I earned a bachelor’s degree in music from William Paterson University in New Jersey (B.M., 1991), and earned a law degree from Washburn University in Kansas (J.D. 2000). I returned to Jefferson City, where I was born, and decided to remain here to practice law beginning in 2001.

I am licensed to practice law in the state courts of Missouri, as well as the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. I am also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. I regularly practice in the following areas: appellate litigation, bankruptcy law, personal injury litigation, estate planning, probate administration/litigation, real estate transactions/litigation, general administrative law, corporate law, professional licensure, criminal law, family law, and  juvenile law.
